To get your child involved in a Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto (BBBST) program:

Step 1 - Call us at 416-925-8981 extension 4136 to inquire, or download the PDF form here: Little Inquiry Form.

Step 2 - Complete the application form and return it to our office by fax (416-925-4671), mail (501-2345 Yonge Street, Toronto ON M4P 2E5), email (bbbst.com) or in person.

Step 3 - Attend a Parent Information Meeting with your child to learn more about our agency and programs.

Step 4 - Meet with our staff to confirm your child's eligibility and identify your child's needs and interests.
