The support of Foundations has been essential to the growth of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto. Funds are directed to areas which enable us to maximize resources and demonstrate program effectiveness.  Recent grants have made it possible to develop and train staff and volunteers, upgrade hardware and software systems, expand programming and begin pilot projects.
