Big and Little Events Three times a year we put on large scale events for our Bigs and Littles to interact. They are fun-filled days with entertainment, activities, food, and prizes! We need volunteers to help with day-of tasks, such as registering guests and managing activities. You can also use your special skills to help make our events successful! We are always looking for face painters, caricature artists, clowns, dance teachers, DJs, and other entertainers.
Fundraising Events
Much like our Big and Little Events, volunteers help with day-of tasks at our Fundraisers.You can also volunteer to participate in fundraisers by collecting pledges to bowl for Bowl for Kids Sake or purchasing a ticket to Big Night Out.
In Office Volunteers
In-office volunteers can commit to a number of hours a week or simply come in when we have a large project, such as a mailing.You must be available during regular business hours (9am to 5pm) and be able to come to 2345 Yonge St. Permanent office volunteers can partake in a number of activities that interest them, including helping to coordinate events, process donations, and check references for Big applicants. ThirdParty Events Having a bake sale this year? Dance-a-thon? Garage sale? Third party events are an important part of our fundraising efforts and we look to our supporters to help us reach out to their networks, work places, and community groups in order to reach our fundraising goals.
