Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Customer Service Mandatory Training for all BBBST Volunteers.

As many of you are aware the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Customer Service Standards (AODA) becomes mandatory effective January 1, 2012.

We would request that you take the time to review the above AODA training video. The training  will take approx 30+ minutes to complete. Once you complete the video, please sign the attestation form and return it to your coordinator.
